The Wolves' welcome Leaf into the pack, and say farewell to Dhanny.
Over the past few months WW.Dota2 have been participating in many cups, most notably the Infused Cup and The Defense. After coming 4th in the latter, losing out to the eventual winners, Fire, internal issues arose and personalities started to clash within the team. Although they have had a strong showing in The Defense, placing 2nd in the initial group stage and then dropping down to the losers’ bracket after coming 3rd in the second group stage, it has become apparent that change was needed for them to be able to continue to compete at their current level. This has resulted in the immediate removal of their support player, L’Hotellier “Dhanny” Antione, since it was becoming obvious to his fellow colleagues that he was lacking the dedication required as he was continuously late for practice, or never even showed up.
With the remainder of The Defense already played, the team set about looking for a suitable replacement. This saw the roles within the team change as Debs “FckingMad” Sebastien changed to support from solo, and none other than Norman “Leaf” Zörner, most known for his time in Panzer and Ariana Gaming, additionally to acting as a stand-in for the team during the past week, will be joining them to fulfill the solo role.
The German wonder added the following words:
"Hey guys! For the ones who don't know me, I am leaf and I am a german Dota player. After I decided to leave Ariana, Mad contacted me if I were interested to join the team. After scrimming with them for a week and talking with the players I decided to join them. I really enjoy playing with them because I like their playstyle and the way they see Dota. I really hope for a bright and succesful future!"
